Quotes
All quotes provided by LaserWorks WA are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are based on the information supplied by the customer. Any changes to artwork, materials, quantities or project specifications may result in a revised quote.
Orders
An order is confirmed once the customer has accepted the quotation and any required deposit or payment has been received.
Production will not commence until all artwork, specifications and approvals have been finalised.
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all artwork, layouts, spelling, measurements and specifications before production begins.
LaserWorks WA is not responsible for errors that have been approved by the customer.
Customer Supplied Artwork
Customers must ensure they have permission or the appropriate rights to reproduce any logos, trademarks, images or artwork supplied to LaserWorks WA.
The customer accepts full responsibility for any copyright or intellectual property issues relating to supplied artwork.
Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on workload, material availability and project complexity.
While every effort is made to meet agreed timeframes, LaserWorks WA is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
Payments
Payment terms will be advised at the time of quoting.
Completed orders may not be released until payment has been received in full unless otherwise agreed.
Custom Products
As products are custom-made to each customer’s specifications, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has commenced.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of laser engraved products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
If a product is found to have been manufactured incorrectly or differs from the approved artwork, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, repair, replace or remake the item.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Limitation of Liability
LaserWorks WA will take reasonable care in the manufacture of all products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the affected product.
